Lovely relaxing tea house with huge selection, comfy seats upstairs downstairs and outside, polite staff and really great cakes, snacks and even hot food. Popular with people of all ages!

HORRENDOUS customer service. The woman behind the till was making faces at her colleague because I was taking more than 30 seconds to decide what cake the choose. Dirty cutlery and flies around the brownies. Very appetising. Im not usually that fussy, but this just ruined it for me. Im sorry to the owners for the woman behind the till. If you are the owner, please cheer up.
