Visited here with with a group of friends whilst we were on a short stay in Horsham. Fantastic service from every member of staff that we came into contact with. Food was amazing, cocktails were delicious and the Pecan Pie was a great end to the meal. Everything was very reasonably priced as well. It was so good that we came back for breakfast the next morning, where we got a nice friendly welcome from the same staff as the night before. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back if we are ever in Horsham again.
Popped in for a hot drink and some chips. Waited 10 minutes for a cup of tea and a coffee and 15 minutes for chips. The restaurant was empty so not sure why it took so long. The two waiting staff were not sure who had taken our order or not. Mocha was very tasty and chips were good but the slow service let it down a bit especially when I'm used to great service at the Chichester and Oxford.
This branch is in lovely building in the center of town. The food is good and the service has been good during every visit. Tie chairs by the way in this branch are nice and comfortable.
Once again, I was completely pleased with the service and product delivered by Bill's. My family of four had brunch there (eating from their breakfast menu), and the smashed avocado on toast was cooked beautifully. The staff were friendly, and gave my younger sister lots of colouring to do while we waited for our food. Her food was brought out first, and the rest of our orders came out at the same time. The attention to detail from the staff was impeccable.
Excellent Christmas set menu choices and quality of food. Service very slow for pudding course. Lovely atmosphere. The speed of service is always lacking here, hence not 5 stars.
