Try to get them a jod for change oil and filtrer and i been treated really bad just cos I said that I gonna supply the parts
Been using these guys over the last 6 or 7 years and always found them to be efficient and well informed. Good advice on what has to be done now and what will need to be done in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
1st time at this garage. Had a small electric fault that had appeared but was not recurring, still I wanted to get it checked out. Able to book me in the next day, tested everything, gave me a run down on what they did, nothing was flagged as an issue (as expected because it had been running fine since the warning flashed a few days back) briefly talked through what potential causes could have been. Never once tried to sell me anything or push me into buying parts. Just decent, easy all round service, much more positive experience than from the 'chain' garages that I usually take my car to. I would certainly go there again.
First experience of the team at New Street Garage was exceptional. With little or no notice, they took our car in and had it back on the road in no time.The impression I am left with is that the customer does come first. Very refreshing.
