When I pointed out bits that were missed one guy wiped them with a dirty cloth making it worse. Then another guy came over and they chatted to each other, he then came and asked what the problem was. I showed him the bits that were not clean, for him to then tell me what do you expect for 20 Well I was kind of expecting my car cleaned !!

Usually wash my own car. But had a voucher so decided to try Horsham Waves. I won't. Again. Scratched my windscreen (which is new) missed loads in the interior and well, I reckon a blind person would have done a better job. Stick to washing it myself.
