Opened up box to find burger was wet, dirty, had leaves and grass on it and a big thumb hole in the bun. Mysteriously the bag was tied tight and the box was fine. Replacement received quickly but was going to say we would prefer a refund before they hung up.
Great food but store looks very old and tired, would put quite a few people off? Quite expensive too
So I was told, because the website and app didnt work, I called to make an order. Food never arrived, was told it was my fault, shouldve ordered by Deliveroo and wasnt there fault... wouldnt order from them ever again. Useless
