Agree with other reviewers. A no nonsense bike mechanic who knows his stuff and is prepared to give time and effort to get your bike up and running at a fair price. I had a problem with a mavic wheel purchased through Wiggle and he made sure I was able to continue riding whilst it was sorted out which took some time and had complications. If you go with the view that the customer is always right then Andy might not be for you. If you go with the view that he is the expert and let him get on with it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
Stuck with a broken freewheel on holiday and fearing a lot of missed cycling. Andy got me back on my pedals at a fair price (knowing the situation I was in and ripe for fleecing) with a great bit of work. Really impressed with his honesty and quality of work. Called in to ask if my sons bike could be repaired and expected to have to buy a whole new crankset... half an hour later we walked out with a fully functioning bike and 10 spent! Top work, and 'real old school' customer service that you seldom see nowadays. My three other bikes will be serviced here as a result.
