Visited shop to buy an ebike for my wife needed to try it for size. The bike has a very long seat post which would not go far enough down for my wife to try, surprisingly they did not have a shorter seat post so my wife could try the bike for size and they said they would not cut a post down. So we left unable to try the bike which was a shame as we had a 120 mile round trip. So we went down to Sussex electric bikes in Brighton to were very helpful and set up a bike for us and allowed us to demo the bike so we bought it and took it home that day
Was a little sceptical going in originally as the price was unbelievably good.Received the bike after a few days and have never been happier.Excellent service by Joe!Thanks again mate!
Bought a bike online, when they were unable to source the size I ordered they offered me a very attractive alternative Bike was delivered really quickly. After a month of us the bike developed a issue with the forks. Spoke to Joe who quickly came up with a solution sending a new set of forks. Every time I have spoken with Joe he has gone out of his way to help and get things sorted. Local bike shop service with the convenience of an online retailer.Shame the shop isn't closer to me otherwise it would be my new LBS
