Fantastic customer service. Chris, the owner, delivers on promises, communicates promptly and operates in a transparent and helpful manner. So pretty much the opposite of what appears to be a growing population of car dealers who are all too quick to drop their price to rock bottom and with it offer a no-frills take it or leave it business model.
