The staff were exceptionally friendly and were very helpful in finding me a car that suited my needs and in a hurry. My salesman, Ford, arranged to collect me from home as I was carless and take me to the showroom to try other cars. My test drives were unhurried and all the options gone through before making my final choice. They also spent some time setting up and demonstrating the functions available. Even got my phone linked into the car.Thank you Skoda Horsham for pulling out all the stops to get me mobile again.
I went to Horsham Skoda and was met by Matt, what a lovely young man he was, made me feel like he really understood my needs! He listened, which is something you don't come across that often in a car sales enviroment, I bought from him because he took his time with me. Excellent customer service and a great asset to Skoda.

Extremely pleased. The salesman we had was Josh who was apparently new, but he was fantastic throughout answering all my questions (and there were many) and went through the whole car to connect my phone etc even after sale. Very happy customer.
Have purchased car here and also had services done. Can't always get through to service department straight away but when you do find them to be helpful and process straight forward. Normally arrange courtesy car.
