I hired a car for a long period of time from a dealer you should be able to trust. I could have got it cheaper somewhere else. A parking violation was committed NOT my fault and Cambridge CC are reviewing the case and have put the charge on hold. Not the case for Enterprise Cars. I am obviously guilty until proven innocent they are charging me 35 process fee. I have given them all the information. THEY DO NOT CARE!! Very disappointed with Enterprise cars. The staff at the Horsham branch are great but I will never use their services again.
