It was short notice but the van was dirty, smelly and not in great condition. On the positive side they were able to lease a van with 2hrs notice
Friendly, accommodating staff. Bit pricey but no deposit so it's swings and roundabouts. On the 16 plate SWB transit you have to adjust the mirrors by hand (who knew?). Out of hours return is really useful and their plot has easy access and plenty of room so no squeezing up against anything unnecessarily. Have used in the past and will definitely use again.
