very pleasantly surprised! I had a repair done to my central front tooth approx 9 years ago at this dentist as this is where I'm registered; and though it was fixed the tooth was not the same shape as the other so it looked a bit odd! But I lived with it. Well the repair fell out on Sunday and I was left with half a front tooth. I did some googling and saw that my dentist had very poor reviews which made me very concerned. So I decided to try to find another dentist. After a morning full of calls and some thoughtful consideration, I decided to just take a risk and go with my dentist. AND IM SO GLAD I DID! They had me in the same afternoon. The dentist was lovely and spoke through my two options...she took a mould of my teeth and sent to the lab to get a good shape on the repair. She said if this didnt work out she would do a crown, but was best to try this first. She then put a temporary repair in until next week. The dentist explained that the temporary fix she was doing would not be a filling or be a tooth colour because in doing so she would have to drill it out next week and this could damage the remaining part of my tooth. I felt very well looked after. The dentist was professional, thorough, calm and reassuring. Plus the temporary fix she did is a far better shape than the original repair I had! To top it off the lady at the reception was fab too! I honestly am so happy I stuck with this dentist, and I shall remain or their books.
Doesnt even deserve a star this dentist is the worst dentist Ive ever come across. My daughter was referred to be sedated to have her tooth filled at just 7 years old. They said will be a long waiting list could take up to 6 months. We waited til 4 months went by then I contacted saint faiths the sedation place to see if I could get my daughter an appointment earlier as she was in so much pain, they said the dental care hadnt referred her properly to them so will be a longer wait, during that time my daughter got worse and she wouldnt have it done awake so when she eventually got her sedation appointment she had to have her tooth extracted. I was so angry as dental care should have referred her probably to begin with. Dental care apologised to me and said it would never happen again. So I stayed with them, now Im facing the same problem again, my daughter 8 years old is suffering with her tooth and they havent sent all the information saint faiths need to put her on the cancellation list. I am absolutely livid will never return to dental care ever again. They also booked me an appointment once and I had text message on my phone confirming it and when I arrived they said it wasnt on their computer system and I would have to re book! An absolute joke! Never ever attend this dentist surgery, the service is a disgrace!
Excellent dentist and practice. My husband and I attended as new patients today as we are new to Horsham, and were very happy with the professional service we received-would definitely recommend this dental practice and will be back! We were seen on time and the surgery/facilities were very modern and clean also. Thank you.
