This was the first time we've been to Horsham UK and I must admit the Springfields Hotel was a wonderful surprise. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. Lynn and her stuff are very friendly and kind and did their best to support us with any need we had.Breakfast was very good as well (English breakfast).That's why I would rate them 5 out of 5
